Moira Fratta
Moira Fratta is a humanitarian and development specialist with over 17 years of experience. She has recently served as the Deputy Director of the global Humanitarian Programme of a large international NGO, and has lead field operations and offices in multiple countries. Throughout her career she has focused on strategic planning and humanitarian leadership, quality and impact of humanitarian action, emergency preparedness and crises response, and on the linkages between humanitarian and development work. She has experience in over 20 countries in East and West Africa, South and South-East Asia, and Central and South America, where she has worked with several UN agencies including UNICEF, WFP, UN Women and UNDP, as well as with international NGOs and the Red Cross. She holds an undergraduate Degree on Diplomatic Relations, a Master’s Degree in Humanitarian Action and a Graduate Certificate on Humanitarian Leadership.
