Senior advisor in emergency preparedness and response, with extensive experience shaping strategies and strengthening systems across international organizations, NGOs, and government agencies. I have worked with UN agencies including UNICEF, UNDP, UN Women and WFP, with international NGOs and the Red Cross/Red Crescent Movement to enhance preparedness at scale.

My experience spans national and subnational contexts, including recently National Disaster Centre and Provincial Disaster Committees in Papua New Guinea, the Health Protection Agency in the Maldives, the Jacmel Department of Health in Haiti, and the National Disaster Management Agency and provincial governments in Cambodia. I focus on building national and subnational capacities, fostering whole-of-society preparedness, and integrating innovative approaches to advance resilience. I am currently exploring the potential of AI to strengthen emergency preparedness globally.
